The Brief

Working in partnership with this leading business Travel Management Company, we act as Giles Travel’s one-stop-shop marketing department. As a result, we’ve had some fantastic achievements together, including helping them to win a number of the travel industry’s coveted ‘Best TMC’ award, among many others!

The Solution

It all began with a total reappraisal of their brand strategy, defining tangible values and training programmes to help staff effectively communicate their USPs to clients and prospects. From there, we developed detailed Brand Manuals and got to work on re-designing all of Giles Travel’s marketing assets, from a new website to promotional videos, iPhone applications to tender response documents, sales presentations to individual marketing campaigns.
